Legal
Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 2026
This is an English translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts for website creation concluded via luntraweb.com between Luntraweb (sole proprietorship) (“Luntraweb”, “we”) and customers (“you”). Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
2. Scope of services
We create a custom website based on your information in the configurator. Delivery is a ZIP file with the website files and upload guides, by email and for download in your account / via the status link. Not included unless booked as an extra: domain, hosting, mailboxes, uploading the website, ongoing maintenance, content updates, shop functions, photography and legal advice. Imprint and privacy pages are filled in as templates with your details; you are responsible for their legal accuracy. Some extras require PHP/MySQL hosting.
3. Conclusion of contract
By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email after successful payment. Contract languages are German and English. We store the contract text, which you can view via your status link or account.
4. Prices and payment
Prices shown at the time of order apply, in euros. Base package incl. 20% VAT, extras plus 20% VAT. The final price incl. VAT is shown before ordering. Payment is made in advance via Stripe. We start working once payment is received.
5. Your cooperation
You provide all necessary content completely and on time, unless you booked the corresponding extras. You confirm that you hold the rights to all content supplied. Please answer questions within 14 days; delivery deadlines extend accordingly. If a question remains unanswered for more than 60 days, we may complete and deliver the website based on the information available.
6. Delivery
Delivery time depends on the option chosen when ordering – Standard (3 working days); Fast (2 working days); Express (1 working day / 24 hours) – counted in working days (Mon–Fri, excluding Austrian public holidays), starting from payment and a complete brief. The period is paused while a question to you is open; extras that require your input (e.g. logo draft selection, go-live with your hosting credentials) may extend it. The service is rendered once the ZIP has been sent and made available for download.
7. Revisions
One revision round is included; send collected requests within 14 days of delivery. New features, extra pages or a fundamentally different design are not revisions and can be booked as extras.
8. Usage rights
Upon full payment you receive the unrestricted right to use, publish and modify the delivered website. Third-party content (stock photos, fonts, open-source libraries) is subject to its licences. With “Logo design” you receive exclusive rights to the final logo. We only name your website as a reference with your consent.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply, for consumers in particular the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG) and the ABGB. Errors caused by content you supplied, later changes by you or third parties, or the hosting environment are not defects. For businesses the warranty period is 6 months.
10. Liability
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence, except for personal injury. Towards businesses, liability for lost profits, consequential damages and data loss is excluded and capped at the order value. We are not liable for the legality of your content, your legal texts, specific rankings in search engines or AI search, or the availability of your chosen hosting.
11. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). See our withdrawal policy.
12. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of their country of residence. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is the competent court at Luntraweb’s registered office.
