Upload your website to easyname

easyname is a Vienna-based host with affordable plans incl. PHP, MySQL and free Let’s Encrypt SSL.

  1. Book a plan

    Book a web hosting plan incl. domain on easyname.com.

  2. Log in

    Log in at my.easyname.com.

  3. Create FTP access

    Go to “Web hosting” → “FTP accounts” (label may differ) and create an FTP account or set a password.

  4. Connect with FileZilla

    Enter the details in FileZilla and connect.

  5. Upload

    Open the web directory of your domain on the right (usually the “html” folder or the folder assigned to your domain) and drag in the contents of the “website” folder.

  6. Assign the domain

    Check in the domain settings that your domain points to exactly this folder.

  7. Enable SSL

    Activate a free Let’s Encrypt certificate and turn on the https redirect.

Hosts occasionally rename menu items. If you can’t find something, use the search in your customer area or contact your provider’s support.
